Important Note on Speaking Opportunities

While we understand that presenting to our attendees' full attention is an important tool for your organization, we insist on reviewing and approving each sponsored talk prior to allowing its presentation. Also, please note that talks and presentations are not allowed during sponsored lunches and breaks.

In particular, we will not allow purely marketing-oriented presentations, because of our audience's expectation of technical content in the talks they attend. We will, instead, endeavour to work with you in preparing a presentation that balances your needs to promote your products with our attendees' yearning for high-quality content that is relevant and useful to their everyday lives.

This approach has served us and our sponsors greatly in the past, and allows us to maintain the integrity of our event while providing you with maximum exposure in front of our attendees.
